Director of Procurement . Location:

Director of Procurement (Direct Hire) Salary:
$80,000 - $85,000 We are seeking a Director of Procurement that promotes and provides excellent guest service experience to both internal and external guests. The Director of Procurement will lead all activities for planning, developing, and optimizing purchasing operations and strategic sourcing. The Director provides guidance and leadership to the team and has overall responsibility for maintaining the highest level of quality, transparency, and value throughout the supply chain. The primary focus includes sourcing strategy aligned with company goals, go-to-market planning and execution, supplier negotiations, contracts lifecycle management, and supplier development and performance management. Education/Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field required. Minimum 5 years of experience, casino experience preferred. Proven track record of achievement at the management level in procurement and contract management. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Working knowledge of P2P process and systems technology. Strong analytical, organizational, strategic, and planning skills. Skills in procurement disciplines including spend/category management, negotiation, supplier assessment, contracts administration, and supplier relationship management. Ability to develop and execute supply chain strategies and action plans. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization. Customer-centric with a focus on customer success. Experience in policy development, analysis, and compliance monitoring. Proven success in continuous improvement initiatives. Effective contract negotiation and lifecycle management skills. Ability to foster a culture of accountability. Experience with KPI’s and metrics measurement for procurement performance. Uphold company values including confidentiality, impartiality, fairness, integrity, honesty, and ethics. Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, presentation, and written communication. Strong influencing skills and change management ability. Composure and effectiveness with all organizational levels, including C-Level. Seniority level
