We're hiring a Box Truck Driver to join our Shipping & Receiving team. This role is a key contributor to ensuring timely and accurate transportation of goods between suppliers, customers, and company facilities in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. You'll work closely with warehouse staff, operations teams, and customers while supporting operational efficiency, safety, and service excellence.

We're hiring a Box Truck Driver to join our Shipping & Receiving team. This role is a key contributor to ensuring timely and accurate transportation of goods between suppliers, customers, and company facilities in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. You'll work closely with warehouse staff, operations teams, and customers while supporting operational efficiency, safety, and service excellence.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities may include:
- Safely operate a box truck for pickups and deliveries.
- Load, unload, and secure goods; verify contents and obtain signatures.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections; report issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel, and delivery activity.
- Communicate delivery discrepancies, delays, or issues promptly.
- Keep truck and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with warehouse tasks: inventory counts, shelving, staging, and organizing shipments.
- Support other routes or warehouse operations as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE.
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers, suppliers, and the public.
- Lift and move items safely, using mechanical assistance for heavier loads.
- Take ownership of assigned routes and deliveries.
We're looking for someone who has:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license; box truck experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within first week.
- Strong driving record and knowledge of traffic laws.
- Warehouse experience and safe handling of goods.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, solve routine problems, and work independently or on a team.
- Excellent communication and professional customer service.
- Reliability, punctuality, and physical stamina.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or adjusted shifts.
