Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) – Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

Baltimore, MD (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week) Travel:
10–20% (regional and national) Compensation Range:
$110,000 – $155,000 (commensurate with experience) Company Summary: As a national, employee-owned engineering firm, we provide integrated design services across a variety of sectors. Our Baltimore office is now building internal design teams to meet increasing project demand and support our long-term growth strategy. Position Summary: We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC system design and develop a growing mechanical design team. This position requires both technical excellence and leadership ability, as well as experience designing systems for institutional, healthcare, and federal projects. Key Responsibilities: · Design HVAC systems and perform energy/load calculations · Conduct system surveys and write technical specifications · Oversee QA/QC and ensure code compliance · Manage and mentor junior engineers · Lead client meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams Qualifications: · PE license required · Minimum 10 years of HVAC design experience · U.S. Citizenship with clearance eligibility · Revit, AutoCAD, and Trace 700/IES proficiency · 2+ years of project management experience (preferred)
