We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and customer-focused
F&I Manager
who brings: 3+ years of experience
as a Finance & Insurance Manager in a franchised
car dealership
5+ years of total experience
in the
automotive retail industry
Strong knowledge of
automotive financing ,
leasing , and
vehicle protection products
Experience in
prime and subprime deal structuring
and
menu-based selling
Proficiency with
DMS systems ,
digital contracting , and
compliance best practices
Ability to clearly present
auto loan options , extended warranties, GAP insurance, and aftermarket products
Proven record of meeting and exceeding
PVR goals , product penetration, and CSI performance
A customer-first mindset and excellent communication, sales, and closing skills
Key Responsibilities:
As a
car dealership F&I Manager , your day-to-day will include: Structuring finance and lease deals that meet lender requirements and dealership standards
Presenting
vehicle protection plans
and finance options clearly to every customer
Submitting credit applications and securing
competitive financing approvals
Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, complete, and
fully compliant
with state and federal laws
Working closely with the
sales management team
to maximize deal flow and profitability
Training sales staff on effective product presentation and deal handling
Monitoring chargebacks, product penetration, and F&I performance reports
Maintaining strong relationships with bank and lender reps
