A new media tech company in Washington, D.C. is actively seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join their team as their new Office Manager. This is a high-visibility role that blends the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Receptionist, and Operations Coordinator.

9am to 5pm Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of the office, including greeting guests, managing front desk operations, and creating a welcoming, professional environment Support office operations: supplies, space planning, meeting setup, catering, shipping/receiving, etc. Partner closely with facilities, security, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations Provide light EA support to senior leadership (scheduling, travel coordination, meeting prep) Support onboarding logistics for new hires and coordinate workspace assignments Lead coordination for in-office events, team meetings, and ad hoc requests Jump into fast-moving tasks and manage priorities in a rapidly scaling environment Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Office Coordination, Operations, and/or Executive Support roles Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proactive problem-solver with a "no task too small" attitude Experience juggling multiple stakeholders and teams Comfortable working onsite in a high-energy, high-growth office Desired Skills: Experience in a Media, Tech, or Start-Up environment
