9am-5pm Responsibilities: Serve as the face of the D.C. office-greeting guests, managing front desk operations, and creating a welcoming, professional environment. Support office operations: supplies, space planning, meeting setup, catering, shipping/receiving, etc. Partner closely with facilities, security, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide light EA support to senior leadership (scheduling, travel coordination, meeting prep). Support onboarding logistics for new hires and coordinate workspace assignments. Lead coordination for in-office events, team meetings, and ad hoc requests. Jump into fast-moving tasks and manage priorities in a rapidly scaling environment. Qualifications: 3+ years in office coordination, operations, or executive support roles-ideally in media, tech, or start-up environments. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proactive problem-solver with a "no task too small" attitude. Experience juggling multiple stakeholders and teams. Comfortable working onsite in a high-energy, high-growth office. Seniority level
