As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will report to our Head of Product and work closely with SMEs within the business to craft product marketing and content strategies that drive awareness and expansion of our Enterprise B2B and Public Sector B2G solutions. You will excel at creating persona‑driven messaging and enablement that accelerates revenue growth and customer adoption across geographies and jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities You will be the voice of the product and architect of GTM success. Responsibilities include developing cross-channel messaging matrices by ICP, guiding launches, enabling sales, and partnering with SMEs, Product Managers, and Engineering to equip GTM teams with content, tools, and intelligence. GTM Strategy & Ownership : Own end-to-end GTM strategy for TaxBit's Enterprise SaaS and Public Sector offerings, defining goals, success metrics, and timelines. Persona & Messaging Development : Build and iterate buyer/user personas, develop cross-channel messaging ensuring relevance and differentiation. Launch & Sales Enablement : Lead product and feature launches, create enablement assets to exceed pipeline and revenue goals. Program & Funnel Optimization : Partner with Demand Gen to design multi-channel programs, leveraging data to optimize pipeline and adoption. Market Intelligence : Conduct competitor analysis, market sizing, and pricing to inform positioning and roadmap. Collaboration & Evangelism : Maintain feedback loops with SMEs, serve as product spokesperson at sales calls, customer advisory boards, and industry events. Professional Qualifications Proven track record launching RegTech SaaS products and executing GTM strategies that outperform targets. 6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with at least 2 years in Enterprise GTM (public sector experience a bonus). Preferred 2+ years' experience in web3, digital assets, blockchain, or regulated fintech. Experience creating cross-channel persona-based messaging and sales enablement assets. Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions. Experience with CRM, Marketing Ops, email marketing, and MarTech solutions. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Ability to craft pricing and packaging proposals based on deep market understanding. Compensation may include incentives, equity, and benefits, depending on factors like location, experience, and qualifications.
