Staff Software Engineer (Fullstack)
to join their core product engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in 0-to-1 product environments and wants to have a meaningful impact on the future of a fast-scaling platform. Youll take full ownership of end-to-end product development, contribute to technical strategy, and mentor team members while helping shape the engineering culture. What Youll Do Build high-impact features and products from the ground up
Own projects from initial concept to production deployment
Ensure code is modular, maintainable, and scalable
Work across the stack, delivering features that provide end-to-end value
Partner with product and design teams to influence roadmap and direction
Conduct user research and customer conversations to inform product decisions
Lead by example in code reviews, technical discussions, and design sessions
Mentor junior engineers and elevate team capabilities
Contribute to hiring and help strengthen the engineering culture

What Were Looking For 8+ years of experience building fullstack applications, including experience at the Staff level
Deep expertise in modern TypeScript-based stacks
Strong product instincts and desire to work closely with users
A bias toward shipping, while maintaining high quality and thoughtful design
Clear communication, collaborative mindset, and strong technical judgment
Prior experience in fast-paced startups or product-led teams
Tech Stack /Frameworks:
TypeScript (across the stack)
Frontend:
React, Next.js, Vue
Backend:
Node.js, MongoDB
Work Policy 100% remote within the US and Canada (excluding Quebec)
Optional in-person collaboration at HQ in San Francisco (Presidio) for those based locally
