and is scaling their engineering team significantly. What You Will Do
Build new products and features from
0 ? 1 , working closely with product, design, and business stakeholders.
Take full ownership of projects from conception through shipping, ensuring high-quality, modular, and maintainable code.
Deliver value across the full stack while setting a high bar for technical design, testing, and scalability.
Contribute to product direction by engaging with customers and collaborating in roadmap planning sessions.
Mentor junior engineers, helping raise the technical caliber of the team.
Contribute to team culture by interviewing, referring top talent, and shaping engineering best practices.
Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of professional experience building applications.
Strong expertise in
TypeScript
and experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).
Backend experience with
Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS .
Proven success at a reputable tech company, startup, or scale-up.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product and design teams.
A builder mindset: thrives in early-stage environments, takes initiative, and demonstrates ownership.
Customer empathy and passion for creating impactful technology.
Preferred
Experience as a founder or
founding engineer .
Top academic background (though not required).
Track record of building scalable systems in high-growth environments.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary:
$190,000 $240,000
