Job Summary: Key influencer in the evaluation and business planning of New Venture business line expansion projects and other strategic growth initiatives. Focus areas include investment analysis, market research, assessments, real estate evaluation, and executive-level presentation development. The team’s work spans multiple businesses, including theme parks, hotels, entertainment venues, and prospective growth opportunities.
Major Responsibilities:
New Ventures, Business Line Development, and Expansion Support:
Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, Consumer Insights, Industrial Engineering, Creative, etc.) to develop analytical-driven business plans.
Research industry trends, competitive environment, and market due diligence.
Build and manage investment analyses and financial models, focusing on valuation of new business lines, expansion projects, and capital investments.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders to align on brand strategies supporting long-term growth.
Support real estate site selection, evaluation, diligence, negotiations, and transaction documentation.
Prepare presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
Support leases and licenses through performance analysis and deal structuring.
Enhance evaluation tools, models, and templates for new and existing business assessments.
Assist with domestic and international business development, including IRR models, debt vs. equity analysis, and contract review.
Conduct research on industry trends, economic factors, and business models.
Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities as per policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field required. MBA strongly preferred.
Experience:
7+ years in business development, corporate strategy, consulting, or financial planning and analysis.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Information:
Experience in tourism or related industries is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects and requests with short notice.
Strong communication skills, with experience in executive presentations and business plans.
Advanced quantitative analysis skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
