Base pay range

As the driving force behind our compute systems, you’ll design, deliver, and optimize the backbone of our GPU clusters. Your work will directly enable cutting-edge AI workloads pushing performance boundaries, eliminating bottlenecks, and ensuring our systems run at peak capability every day. What You’ll Tackle Architect & Deploy:
Build GPU/ASIC compute infrastructure at scale. Diagnose & Resolve:
Triage and fix complex GPU and compute issues with precision. Automate Everything:
Create full lifecycle automation for servers from provisioning to decommissioning. Vendor Partnerships:
Manage RMAs and collaborate with hardware partners to keep systems running flawlessly. Performance Engineering:
Monitor, tune, and optimize systems for speed, stability, and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with storage, networking, and software teams to deliver seamless infrastructure operations. What You Bring to the Table 7+ years mastering compute infrastructure engineering. Expert-level Linux administration and system tuning. Experience with bare-metal provisioning (MaaS, Metal3, Tinkerbell, or similar). In-depth knowledge of GPU hardware and kernel/driver optimization. Proficiency with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform. Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes and SLURM clusters. Seniority level
