What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead meetings and workshops to gather and analyze user needs for system solutions - Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to refine user stories and manage project changes - Utilize visual tools to document and communicate complex business logic and system requirements - Support Agile processes by facilitating ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint planning - Identify and manage dependencies between user stories and project components
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience - 5 - 7 years of related work experience in technical business analysis - Strong understanding of technical architectures and systems, along with requirements gathering techniques - Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Agile Certifications (CSM) - Experience in handling large-scale custom development projects - Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL - Eagerness to contribute to team goals and resolve conflicts effectively - Ability to analyze data for business-relevant conclusions
