Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance LightFeather is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst with combined Scrum Master expertise to support Agile development teams. The ideal candidate bridges business analysis with Agile delivery, ensuring requirements are clearly defined while also driving team performance through Scrum practices. This individual partners with stakeholders, guides Agile ceremonies, and helps enable automation through platforms such as Jira and Confluence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business needs, technical solutions, and Agile leadership—ensuring workflows, integrations, and enterprise processes are optimized, automated, and aligned with mission objectives. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements. Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics to support feature development and enhancements. Partner with developers to design and refine automated workflows, integrations, and self-service capabilities. Facilitate Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives—ensuring alignment and team accountability. Act as servant leader and coach to the development team, promoting Agile principles, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, maintain documentation, track sprint progress, and ensure transparency for stakeholders. Create process flows, wireframes, and system documentation that bridge business requirements with technical implementation. Assist with testing and validation of features to ensure alignment with requirements and quality standards. Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards within Jira (and related platforms) to provide visibility into backlog health, sprint progress, and delivery metrics. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation of onboarding, offboarding, and compliance workflows Required Qualifications

Holds an Active Secret clearance. 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master in Agile environments. Proven experience serving as a Business Analyst, gathering requirements, and producing user stories in an Agile environment. Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments. Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics in an Agile environment. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and working directly with cross-functional delivery teams. Strong familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills for drafting documentation, workflows, and technical specifications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications

Holds a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Familiarity with ServiceNow development or modules. Experience building or supporting automated workflows in ServiceNow or similar platforms. Prior federal contracting experience and familiarity with compliance-related workflows.
