What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the point of contact for provider leads, conducting root cause analysis and facilitating resolutions - Perform in-depth analyses to identify root causes of issues and develop resolution plans - Collaborate with internal and external business partners to enhance operational strategies - Identify innovative solutions for complex lead identification and root cause analysis - Escalate issues and roadblocks to leadership through effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant systems (e.g., Cosmos, CSP Facets, UNET) - At least 1 year of issue resolution experience in a service-related field - Proven experience in provider service, claim payments/adjustments, or related areas - Intermediate proficiency with PC-based software programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 2+ years of experience in business or finance analysis, including data collection and presentation - Familiarity with provider practices, billing, and revenue cycles
