What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage accounts receivable case management, including validation and review of findings - Analyze and develop overall improvement plans to ensure compliance with audits and performance guarantees - Identify and resolve trending errors through root cause analysis - Communicate trends and project status to internal business partners and senior leadership - Facilitate meetings and support team members with questions and guidance

What is Required (Qualifications): - 3+ years of experience in claims research and analysis - 3+ years of experience with reimbursement methodologies - 2+ years of experience in the primary line of business (Cosmos / UNET/CSP Facets) - 6+ months of experience creating and conducting presentations - Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with Smart Sheets - Comfortable facilitating meetings
