Concord Hospitality is seeking an experienced hotel leader to manage our AC Hotel in Washington, DC, located just 9 blocks from the Capitol. This property boasts stunning city views and a popular rooftop bar that enhances the nightlife experience.
Ideal Candidate
Previous General Manager experience required, preferably with Marriott properties.
Experience in Food & Beverage services, including rooftop operations, and full-service hotel management.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding financial results.
Strong leadership skills in hiring, mentoring, and team development.
Track record of driving Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS) and exceptional customer service.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a passionate team of hospitality professionals.
Solid sales background with established networking skills.
Revenue Management experience preferred.
Role Responsibilities The General Manager will support our mission and serve as an ambassador to our core values. You will coach and develop a high-performing team focused on guest satisfaction, liaise with brand representatives, owners, and Concord leadership, and coordinate brand training for staff.
You will oversee all hotel operations, ensuring attainment of budgeted revenues and profit margins, maintaining standards, and meeting deadlines aligned with company policies and objectives. As a community leader, you will engage in city organizations and networking to represent Concord actively.
Concord provides extensive support including IT, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Accounting, and HR services to empower your success.
