The UX Designer will lead digital experience design for our online and in-app platforms, focusing on responsive web design, accessibility, Lean UX, and ecommerce best practices. Responsibilities include creating high-fidelity designs, wireframes, prototypes, and front-end development, as well as presenting to leadership. Essential Functions Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for desktop, web, and mobile. Design and implement responsive and user-friendly digital standards. Use data and user feedback to inform design decisions. Conduct user research and testing to enhance user experience. Identify design problems and develop effective solutions. Collaborate with web development and QA teams to realize designs. Advocate for the digital experience across all channels. Qualifications 6-8+ years of UX design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Miro. Experience with responsive/adaptive design and mobile-first approach. Understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Degree in graphic/web design or related field preferred. Data analytics experience and Agile/Lean UX knowledge. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Innovative mindset, up-to-date with web and UX trends. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to iterate designs quickly and effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
