Our recruitment agency is excited to collaborate with a distinguished plaintiff-side employment law firm in El Segundo, California, to recruit a full-time Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of experience in wage and hour class actions. About Our Client Located in El Segundo, our client is a boutique employment law firm dedicated to representing plaintiffs in wage and hour class actions and individual employment disputes. Earn $120,000–$200,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a 10% bonus and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, and paid time off. Prime Location: Work primarily in-person (4 days in-office) in a modern office What We’re Seeking Experience: 2–7 years in employment litigation, with a strong emphasis on wage and hour class actions, and comfort litigating in both state and federal courts. Skills: Ability to work independently, provide high-level support to partners, effectively manage, mediate, and settle cases, engage clients, and mentor junior associates.
