Senior Financial Analyst
responsible for forecasting financial performance for a portfolio of games and delivering value-added business analyses that support insightful, data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is high performing with an analytical mind that thrives in delivering solutions to complex problems, has an affinity for data and analytics in support of driving business decisions, and has demonstrated experience collaborating across functions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about games and has a strong interest in our industry. WHAT YOU'LL DO Be a key contributor to Ubisoft Global Publishing’s annual and quarterly Business Plan submission. Design financial models for in-scope Gross Margin titles and segments, and present forecast summaries to executive leadership. Compilation, formatting, analysis, and distribution of several key financial reporting deliverables to management and relevant business partners. Forecasting of Ubisoft video game sales, to include financial modeling, system loading, validation, and commentary on key insights and variances to prior forecast. Contribute to periodic live game Performance Reviews, gathering to sales KPIs, present findings to stakeholders across Ubisoft. Provide ad hoc financial and analytical support to Executive Publisher teams. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL BRING Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation of large, multi-dimensional data sets. Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated analytical ability and judgment to model scenarios and apply insights to reporting and forecasting. Experience with business partnering and strong communication skills, with a track record of working across the organization. Passionate about games and has a strong interest in our industry.
