Lead Graphics Engineer
to join our
Core Engine Team . As a Lead Graphics Engineer, you will work with senior leadership to guide an LA-based graphics team delivering AAA visuals at 60+Hz. You will directly code, debug, and optimize shipping features with a small team. Onsite:
This role is an onsite position, based in Los Angeles. What you bring to the table
The video game industry is fast-paced and constantly evolving. Your duties may change as directed by the company to support our business and industry relationships. Responsibilities include: Developing cutting-edge rendering technology for our future games Collaborating with other disciplines to meet artistic and performance goals Analyzing, improving, optimizing, and debugging graphics and engine technology Leading a team of 2-3 engineers Writing and maintaining efficient, readable, and reliable code Player Profile
Experience
12+ years in the video game industry as a graphics engineer Experience with current-generation console hardware Mentoring and/or leading engineers Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of CPU/GPU operations and debugging tools Fluent in modern C++ and multi-threaded programming Effective communication with non-technical team members Key Attributes
Ability to work well in diverse team environments Experience with commercial titles, 60Hz FPS preferred Experience with PC and mobile graphics APIs Public speaking experience Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field Our Platform
