Lead configuration and modification of products and solutions to fit complex client use cases, often in partnership with Technology. Support sales in solutioning, pricing, pipeline, and account planning. Engage with client technical teams to deliver presentations and demonstrations. Identify and define development requirements based on client feedback. Participate in defining customer strategy and identify new opportunities to accelerate solution adoption. Serve as a subject matter expert on payments solutions, understanding client needs and industry trends. Act as the “Voice of the Customer” to provide insights and opportunities to leadership and product teams. Respond to RFPs and client demonstrations in a timely manner. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
5+ years of experience working across a broad set of products. Deep technical understanding for solution configurations in a specific domain. Experience supporting sales activities such as pricing and pipeline planning. Experience working with clients in technology fields and interfacing with engineers. Previous presales experience is required. Strong problem-solving skills across teams and products. Executive engagement skills and relationship-building abilities. Understanding of software development lifecycle and API architecture. Ability to understand interactions within enterprise technology ecosystems, including ERP, CRM, and legacy systems. This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, contingent on review of criminal history.
