We're seeking polished, performance-minded professionals to join us as
Client Advisors
at our Norwalk location. If you bring experience in luxury retail or consultative sales—and the ability to lead high-value conversations with confidence—this is an opportunity to grow with a brand and dealership on the rise.
What You'll Do
Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and personalized service
Guide clients through a premium, consultative sales experience—both online and in-store
Maintain deep knowledge of the Genesis lineup and competitive landscape
Represent the Genesis and Keeler brands with integrity, polish, and purpose
Collaborate with Sales Management and BDC to deliver consistent results and exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
Prior success in
automotive, luxury retail, or high-end consultative sales
Professional presence, excellent communication skills, and a
client-first mindset
Self-motivation, follow-through, and a commitment to excellence
Familiarity with CRM systems and modern digital retail tools
Desire to grow within a high-performance, team-oriented culture
