Harriet Island Parks and Project Manager

The Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support private and community events at Harriet Island Regional Park one of the citys premier riverfront venues. This position plays a key role in coordinating logistics, supporting clients and vendors, and ensuring the successful execution of events ranging from weddings to large public festivals.

This is a full-time role. During event season from April through mid-December the schedule is WednesdaysSundays, including evenings.

Duties: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, community partners, and City staff to ensure events run smoothly and safely. Oversee on-site execution of private events and support large-scale festivals, ensuring high levels of customer service and attention to detail. Coordinate final meetings with clients to review logistics, create event floorplans, and process final payments. Manage administrative and communication tasks, including email, phone, permits, vendor outreach, and social media updates.
