IT Auditor ! In this role, youll primarily focus on IT Security audits , while also contributing to a variety of other IT-related audit initiatives. Work Location
This is not a remote position. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule (at least 3 days/week) for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison or Appleton. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Protect the assets of the company through the supervision of general auditing procedures, participate in audit planning, and lead IT audits of critical business processes. Help ensure a systematic and disciplined approach is used to evaluate and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the companys complex risk management, control, and governance processes. Analyze findings, prepare reports, and built relationships with management to facilitate successful remediation. Support Internal Audit management regarding the responsibilities, accountabilities, and initiatives of the internal audit function. Under minimal supervision, work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across the organization. Provide direction and support for less experienced auditors. Assist Internal Audit management with preparation of materials for the Audit Committee, development of the annual internal audit plan, and championing internal control and corporate governance concepts. Preferred Experience and Skills 4 6 years of experience performing auditing functions or 3-5 years of experience performing IT or Information Security functions and 1 year of performing auditing functions Working knowledge of IT operations Analytical abilities Verbal and written communication skills Ability to build collaborative relationships Ability to work as part of a team Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of audit processes, practices, and methods Preferred Education and Training Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor) Benefits
