Job Summary:

Ivo is a fast-growing Series A B2B SaaS startup focused on redefining AI solutions for in-house legal and procurement teams. They are seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to lead the strategic and operational aspects of their go-to-market engine, ensuring efficient systems, processes, and data management across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

• Own the core RevOps pillars—systems, process, data, and enablement.

• Build a high-performance, insight-driven GTM machine.

• Operationalize the entire funnel—from lead to expansion and renewal.

• Own reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement.

• Apply automation and AI tools pragmatically.

• Collaborate cross-functionally and execute strategies.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Have scaled RevOps at a high-growth B2B SaaS company before

• Understand how to operationalize the entire funnel—from lead to expansion and renewal

• Think like a systems architect but act like a business partner

• Are comfortable owning reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement

• Have a strong grasp of automation and AI tools, and know how to apply them pragmatically

• Move fluidly between strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration

• Care deeply about clean data, efficient processes, and building a world-class GTM engine
