Travel Nursing Job Details Job Title: Supervisor RN - Travel Nurse Employment Type: Travel Nursing Location: Hyannis, Massachusetts (Cape Cod, 02601) Healthcare Setting: Home Health / Visiting Nurse Association Start Date: September 22, 2025 End Date: December 20, 2025 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,310 - $2,470 Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends/holidays; on-call required) Registered Nurse Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts Minimum 5 years of recent clinical nursing experience At least 2 years of home health or community health nursing experience (preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with healthcare technology and computer systems Supervisor RN Responsibilities Supervise daily clinical operations in the home health department Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations Coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care management and safety Maintain effective communication with physicians, discharge planners, and skilled nursing facilities Facilitate service coordination for discharged patients Develop and uphold evidence-based nursing practice standards Lead hiring, orientation, and coaching of nursing staff Conduct team meetings and interdisciplinary care conferences Rotate through clinical management on-call duties Ensure weekend and holiday coverage; provide direct patient care as needed Maintain compliance with all governmental and accreditation guidelines Deliver service excellence to patients, families, and healthcare staff Other nursing duties as assigned Apply now to join our Massachusetts home health nursing team and take the next step in your RN career!
