Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current. You will troubleshoot during unscheduled equipment downtime, perform repairs, and complete preventive maintenance services. Responsibilities Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment. Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines. Support an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S. Maintain and perform repairs to the facility. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills. Experience in maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. Preventive maintenance expertise. Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities. Experience with CMMS systems. Ability to read electrical schematics. Basic computer and operating system knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications. Vocational maintenance training certificate preferred. Lead experience. Ability to plug in a laptop, read ladder logic, troubleshoot, and make adjustments. Strong problem-solving skills to assess product output relative to specifications. Physical ability to climb stairs, bend, sit, stand, walk, reach with arms, push, pull, and use hands and fingers. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repeatedly and regularly. Ability to stoop, squat, crawl, and kneel as needed. Why Work Here?

Join the largest label manufacturer in the world at our York plant with approximately 225 full-time employees. The plant operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week across three shifts. Specializing in extended content labels for pharmaceutical products, the work environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and requires adherence to safety and quality standards. This is a 2nd shift role, Monday to Friday, from 2pm to 10:30pm, with overtime and weekend support as required. Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of York, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr. Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k) Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating holidays PTO - First year is pro-rated, earning 3.33 hours every paycheck (bi-weekly). Years 1-5 80 Hours PTO, 5+ years 120 hours PTO. 40 hours can roll over each year. Workplace Type
