Maintenance Technician

Aerotek is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our commercial properties across York County. Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance and general repairs on building systems and common areas Maintain cleanliness and safety of property exteriors including walkways, lighting, landscaping, and drainage Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently Coordinate with Property Managers to schedule contractors and vendors Organize and maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance logs Ensure all work complies with safety codes and building standards What You Bring
2+ years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a skilled trade Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and work orders Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license Bonus Skills
