Commercial Property Manager Westwood, CA Full-Time | On-Site $90,000-$100,000 + Annual Bonus Potential Generous Benefits PackageOur client is a privately owned and well-established real estate development and property management company based in Westwood, CA, with a strong portfolio of commercial assets. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, tenant-focused approach and are seeking a hands-on Commercial Property Manager to join our growing team.What You'll DoAs a Commercial Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring a high standard of service, maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. You'll act as the primary point of contact for tenants and work closely with leadership, leasing teams, and vendors to deliver exceptional property management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination across your assigned portfolio (13 properties all within so-cal)Serve as tenants' main contact for all property-related issuesSupport leasing efforts and coordinate tenant move-ins/outsOversee property repairs, improvements, and capital projectsReview and abstract leases, manage insurance complianceHandle AP/AR and assist with collectionsPrepare monthly reporting and assist with annual budgets & CAM reconciliationsCollaborate closely with company leadership and external teamsRespond to after-hours emergencies as neededWhat We're Looking For5+ years of commercial property management experience, NOT residentialStrong knowledge of CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and reportingProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Yardi or similar softwareCalifornia Real Estate License preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsLocal travel between properties required LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
