Bellagio is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward, where you will be at the heart of delivering world-class service and unforgettable experiences! The Day-To-Day: Supervise departmental operations in alignment with the strategic plan, budget, and company profitability goals. Oversee guest service delivery, ensuring consistency with core service standards and brand expectations. Manage assigned staff, including hiring recommendations, training, coaching, performance feedback, discipline, and scheduling, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Provide input on new products, services, technology, and process improvements. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and kitchen areas to maintain cleanliness and sanitary standards. Requisition new or replacement equipment as needed. Approve and monitor supply requisitions for cleaning supplies and equipment to control costs while maintaining quality. Maintain inventory and records for all dinnerware, flatware, and glassware, and manage orders for China, glass, and silver.
