Job Responsibilities: Support and guide customers in creating their ID. Assist customers in downloading and setting up the App. Provide guidance on using the App, including changing of bill plans and activating eSIMs. Assist with SIMO CBP requests via the App or microsite. Help customers navigate and use the microsite effectively. Manage and assist with the Qmatic system for issuing queue numbers. Respond to and assist with any other customer queries or concerns.
