Job Overview This exciting role has 3 preliminary components: Digital and social media management Sales team support We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Social Media (DSM), Marketing Coordinator. This role is responsible for advising on, and executing HSIG DSM strategies. It involves creating engaging content, managing online communities, and helping grow our digital presence across platforms like, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others: for all HSIG subsidiaries. Additionally, the Coordinator will work closely with HSIG subsidiary, sales and marketing teams: aggregating and visualizing data, preparing ‘PowerPoint’ slides, creating and editing brochures, proposals and other marketing and sales-based material; preliminary attention is currently with one HSIG company. The role also comprises being the HSIG culture evangelist by creating and promoting content, based on our stated culture values.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities Digital Marketing (DM) Management: Digital marketing is the broader strategy of HSIG’s overall DSM plan. It uses a 5-pronged approach to reach digital consumers and includes various online channels, techniques and analysis: 1) SEO (Search Engine Optimization) 2) Social media 3) Pay per click and Geo Fencing 5) Analysis of current and future markets, and DM effectiveness. Social Media Management

: Use social media (SM) to translate our DM strategy into action. Engage with digital followers by showing up where they are Content creation: Create cohesive, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a defined audience within our HSIG family of companies Use social media (SM) platforms i.e., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc. to distribute marketing content toward building and strengthening relationships and achieving the HSIG DM objectives Regularly schedule content distribution across SM platforms Monitor and respond to SM engagement and trends in real time Coordinate with internal teams and influencers for campaigns and collaborations Refine and optimize the SEO strategy for each HSIG brand and online platforms Provide regular performance reports and analysis to be used in professional HSIG settings. Video Editing & Multimedia Content

c Design Content Support

Graphic design may include projects such as logos, brochures and marketing materials Power point presentations with embedded video Creating and maintaining a style guide for marketing materials for all HSIG subsidiaries. Web & Digital Content Support:

Update and maintain website content (WordPress or similar CMS) Assist with landing page creation, blog uploads, and basic HTML/CSS edits Ensure consistency in design and messaging across platforms. Additional Functions & Responsibilities

Assisting Sales Managers with sales support functions i.e., data visualization, and other Assisting Marketing efforts at HSIG Subsidiaries. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Multimedia, or a related field—or equivalent experience 1–5 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics Strong video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar) Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Davinci Resolve, and/or Visual Studio, and Social Pilot Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards Graphic design experience in print ads and brochures Preferred Qualifications
