Duties
Draft and prosecute patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Manage assignments from multiple partners and clients. Requirements
2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution. Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Licensed to practice law in the respective state, if applicable. Strong time management and deadline management skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Education
Master's Degree or Doctor of Philosophy in chemistry, organic chemistry, applied chemistry, polymer science, polymer engineering, biochemistry, or a related field. Certifications
Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Skills
