Position Summary
The Mexican Snacks Category Marketing Director leads, directs, and manages the assigned Jose Ole branded portfolio to deliver and/or exceed sales and profit targets. The Category Marketing Director will provide strategic marketing leadership and partner with cross-functional teams within the organization to realize strategic objectives. Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Define and Own Category Vision:
Lead the long-term vision and strategy for the Mexican snacks product portfolio, grounded in a deep understanding of our brand, consumers, and business objectives. P&L ownership:
Manage your business to meet or exceed financial targets. Opportunity Identification:
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across the category, including white-space areas, partnerships, and channel expansion. New Platform Development:
Lead projects for new platforms, from ideation through execution, including product briefs and lifecycle management. Consumer & Market Insights:
Leverage consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, value propositions, and feature sets. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Consumer Insights, R&D, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Operations to drive informed business decisions. Team training and development:
