Job Description - Executive Director I, Operations (226 Days): ANTICIPATED (RTP20250625-031) Description Coordinate and maintain staffing guideline process with multiple departments and garner final approval. Collaborate with Human Capital Management on assignments and processes involving campus personnel, including but not limited to priority placements, excess, leveling, and the spring budget process. Develop and maintain all School Leadership communication to campuses, including the Weekly Administrative Information Packet, Weekly Hub, principal group e-mails, handbooks, monthly maps, and the emergency crisis group. Create and publish the calendar of meetings and events related to School Leadership and coordinate with other departments to add dates and deadlines. Create and present professional development sessions on various topics to principals, executive directors, and other audiences as appropriate. Assist with compensation processes, including stipend management and base salary comparisons. Manage and facilitate the process for all department board and legal documents, including MOUs, policies, regulations, and contracts. Oversee and manage internal processes regarding field trips, fundraisers, and food requests. Maintain records of grade level, name, and configuration changes for all campuses annually. Participate in budget determinations at various levels. Manage attendance and enrollment processes, including the “First 10 Days” and ongoing clarifications throughout the year. Facilitate the District Advisory Committee. Serve as liaison and coordinator for district departments on various tasks, communications, or responses. Develop processes and systems to assist campuses with management and issues/concerns. Ensure monitoring systems for executive directors regarding Campus Improvement Plans, policies, and laws. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited university (required). Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience (required). Extensive knowledge of effective management principles and practices. Knowledge of supervisory methods, practices, and techniques. Strong communication skills suitable for diverse community and district audiences. Exceptional strategic, operational, and functional planning skills. Ability to write precise, accurate, and clear reports and planning documents.
