Create and publish the calendar of meetings and events as it relates to School Leadership as well as coordinate with other departments to add dates/deadlines. Create and present professional development on a wide range of topics to principals, executive directors and other audiences as appropriate. Assist with compensation to include stipend management and base salary comparisons. Manage and facilitate the process for all department board and legal documents including MOUs, policies and regulations, contracts, etc. Oversight and management of internal processes regarding field trips, fundraisers and food requests. Maintain grade level, name and/or configuration changes for all campuses from year to year. Participate in budget determinations at various levels. Manage the attendance and enrollment “First 10 Days” process as well as other attendance and enrollment clarifications needed throughout the year. Facilitate the District Advisory Committee. Serve as the liaison and clearing house for district departments in various tasks, communications or responses. Develop processes and systems to assist campuses on management and identified issues/concerns. Ensures monitoring system for executive directors for various assignments to include the Campus Improvement Plan, policies and laws. Required Master's degree from an accredited university. Required 5+ years of supervisory experience. Extensive knowledge of effective principles and practices of management. Knowledge of effective supervisory methods, practices, and techniques. Ability to communicate to meet the communications diversity of the community and district, staff members and the public at large. Exemplary strategic, functional and operational planning skills. Ability to write reports and plan documents requiring technical precision, accuracy, readability and editorial correctness.
