Lead and oversee operations across approximately 67 diverse parking locations in the Milwaukee market, including event venues, mixed-use properties, office buildings, and unique sites such as boat launches. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and client retention, which is critical to sustaining the company’s 85% market share in Milwaukee. Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly expanding municipal parking operations, with financial incentives tied to increasing net operating income (NOI). Act as a hands-on leader who is actively present in the field, supporting on-site teams at major venues like American Family Field and the Wisconsin State Fair to ensure operational excellence and client expectations are met. Champion the adoption and integration of evolving parking technology platforms, balancing traditional systems with new proprietary solutions to enhance the customer and operational experience.
