This executive role combines operational oversight, client relationship management, and growth strategy across multiple municipal partnerships. What You’ll Do
Oversee municipal operations across multiple states, including locations in Texas, Indiana, Minnesota, and North Dakota, with expansion expected.
Manage a team of municipal operations managers and general managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and leadership.
Serve as the executive-level client contact, maintaining strong relationships with municipal stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations, improve service delivery, and create value for municipalities.
Drive technology adoption across the municipal portfolio, leveraging platforms and data to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Partner with business development to support RFP responses, proposals, and new municipal contract opportunities.
Maintain P&L responsibility for the municipal vertical, ensuring sustainable profitability and growth.
Represent the company at municipal, industry, and community events to strengthen partnerships and market presence.
What You Bring
7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in municipal parking operations.
Proven success working for a private operator managing municipal accounts.
Strong track record in client relationship management, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a flat, fast-moving organization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
Familiarity with parking technology platforms and a history of driving adoption and innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
