The Disney Television Animation studio is looking for an assistant in their Development Production department to support the desk of a high level executive, as well as assist the development production department as it pertains to pilot production. Responsibilities: Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Director of Production, which includes handling calendar management, travel arrangements, expense management, scheduling appointments and interviews, coordinating meetings and conferences, room setup for meetings and presentations, and some light telephone calls. Handling highly confidential materials and information Creating, preparing and updating reports, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations Taking studio partner meeting notes and assisting in tracking animation studio partner information in DTVA's data portal Providing as-needed administrative support to pilot production team, including scheduling project meetings, travel arrangements, expense management, and room setup for meetings and presentations Supporting pilot script distribution as needed Supporting service award distribution as needed Assist with special projects and other duties as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year entertainment internship, production, and/or agency experience Detail orientated and organized Fluency in MS applications including, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, & SAP, Intermediate to Expert level in Excel Self-motivated, proactive and able to work well both independently and collaboratively using good judgement Curiosity about new trends in the industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask Strong time management skills; excellent multi-tasker and able to work well in a high-pressure environment Preferred Qualifications: Animation production experience a plus Intermediate to Expert level in SAP Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience Job Location: Glendale, CA The pay rate for this role in Burbank, California is $23.37 per hour.
