2-4 years of construction administration experience or knowledge is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Key Skills and Attributes

The ideal candidate must be organized, sociable, energetic, motivated, and possess good oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities

Distribute project bid requests to subcontractors. Follow up with subcontractors on bid statuses via phone and email. Manage subcontractor call lists and document bid coverage. Organize and manage bid RFIs and subcontractor bids. Assist in managing subcontractor database and project documents. Coordinate with government agencies for permits. Assist in preparing close-out documentation and project billing. Support project management tasks, including document control, meetings, and updates. Manage project-related software and tools such as Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, and MS Office. Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF software (Bluebeam or Adobe), Procore, Sage. Strong math skills, time management, ability to work under pressure, and independently or as part of a team. Compensation & Schedule

Hourly position, with flexible office hours between 7:00 am and 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Pay rate ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour workweek.
