Description:
Manage orders including assemble-to-order, make-to-stock and make-to-order for our Custom Brand team Develop and maintain inventory, planning and replenishment strategies utilizing material-requirements-planning, return-oriented programming Kanban pull systems as well as the stocking programs for long lead-time items. Revise production schedules due to Engineering Change notices and labor or material fluctuation Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain Planning. Perform MPS maintenance for assigned New product lines Release work orders to the factory to meet production schedule objectives Create, distribute and monitor shortage report for assigned product line Develop & implement replenishment/scheduling strategies Expedite incoming and outgoing shipments from/to external facilities Mentor, lead & train team members as required React to change productively
