Schedule
ER shift start times: 0645 (Day), 0945 (Mid), 1145 (Mid), 1345 (Mid), 1845 (Night)
Shifts are scheduled in 4-week rotation blocks (Day/Evening/Night).
RN may remain on one block for the entire contract or may be asked to switch blocks with advanced notice.
Requirement: Travelers must agree to work any/all shift start times listed above. Please confirm this at submittal.
Requirements
No new travelers — at least one completed travel assignment required.
Oregon Emergency License accepted (must have clean background for fast approval).
Must have strong skills with mental health, ETOH, overdoses.
Housing: May be challenging to find — please research prior to submission (ask ASC for leads).

Fast Track: Yes
Triage: Separate triage area with 2 rooms (travelers may be required to triage).
Holding/Observation: 2 dedicated psych hold rooms, plus an overflow psych area separate from main ED.
Psych/Seclusion Rooms: 2 dedicated psych hold rooms.
Security: In-house security team.

Mental health, substance use, overdoses
Staffing & Support
Providers: ED Physicians and Mid-Levels on-site.
Leadership: Dedicated Charge Nurse + House Supervisor.
Support Staff: ED Techs, Sitters.
Respiratory Therapy: Manages vents, CPAP, BiPAP, high-flow, ABGs, breathing treatments, and EGS.
Monitoring: All rooms equipped with Spacelabs monitors. 24/7 monitor techs present. RNs read strips.
Lab/Phlebotomy: Both RN and lab draw.
Imaging: X-Ray and CT available within ED; transport provided.

EMR: Epic
Med Dispensing: Pyxis
Other Details
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
Holiday Requirement: Guaranteed at least one off (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Independence Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, or Labor Day).
Call/Standby: None.
Floating: None.
Orientation: Minimum 2 days unit-specific orientation before starting rotation.
Dress Code: Any scrubs (no uniform requirement).
