The HRIS Manager manages the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensures the delivery of high-quality services and products to external vendors and internal customers. Responsibilities include implementing new modules and features, optimizing system configuration, overseeing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, organizing and prioritizing work for the HRIS team, and serving as the primary contact for system configuration, integrations, and security. The role also involves mentoring subject matter experts, managing data integrity, testing system changes, generating reports and dashboards, analyzing data flows for process improvements, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the HRIS and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Design, build, test, maintain, upgrade, and enhance HRIS data, codes, workflows, and security in accordance with company policies.

Supervise and train the HRIS team, establishing work procedures.

Perform reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure integrity.

Handle HR data reporting needs, including regular and ad hoc reports.

Monitor HRIS performance, troubleshoot technical issues.

Serve as the point of contact for issue tracking, documentation, testing, and resolution.

Analyze and resolve HRIS-related work problems.

Maintain and develop HRIS integrations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience with Workday Human Capital Management or similar systems.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Knowledge of business workflows and system configuration.

Experience in software implementation and development.

Understanding of HRIS functional areas.

Mathematical skills including algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.

Preferred Knowledge:

Azure, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

Articulate or similar communication tools.

Programming languages such as Microsoft Visual Basic, C#.

Knowledge of human resource laws and practices.

Workday training.
