Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees to ensure successful understanding of R&S VoIP VCS Linux System Administration: Manage installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of Linux servers and workstations. Network Management: Design and maintain network infrastructure, optimize performance, and ensure security. PBX Administration: Install and manage PBX systems, handle routing, and troubleshoot voice communication issues. Technical Support: Provide prompt IT support, document issues, and conduct training/support sessions on site.
