Principal Duties and Responsibilities Manage activities supporting project execution aligned with strategic and financial objectives. Oversee project reporting, tracking, and health. Identify issues, escalate decisions, and implement solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Create resource models, manage team roles, and coordinate with resource managers. Motivate and support project teams to deliver results. Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and project standards. Manage vendor relationships and ensure project compliance with policies. Maintain communication across departments to meet business goals. Manage project plans, expectations, and stakeholder communication. Perform other duties as assigned and maintain attendance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects. Preferred experience in the insurance industry, especially life and annuities. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus. PMP certification preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. Ability to influence, motivate, and manage diverse teams and resources. Compensation Salary range: $55,000 - $105,000, based on experience, within Nassau’s salary band D. Nassau offers competitive benefits, incentives, and professional development opportunities.
