What You Will Be Doing:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Aircraft Mechanic to join our team, focusing on the F-35 aircraft. This role involves serving as a subject-matter expert on maintenance operations for the F-35 airframe, supporting rapid-response tasks worldwide. Key responsibilities include:
• Frequent travel (over 50%), often on short notice, to assist F-35 customers in maintaining aircraft readiness and availability. • Self-motivation, decision-making, and willingness to learn all aspects of F-35 maintenance. • Maintaining a flight line driver's competency card. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work overhead, and perform repetitive movements. • Must be a US Citizen with an Interim/Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications: • 2+ years of hands-on F-35 maintenance experience, including familiarity with ALIS and related systems. • 4+ years of experience on Fighter Attack Aircraft with relevant military certifications or equivalent. • Knowledge of safety, tool control, FOD, HAZMAT, quality, and security programs. • Willingness to travel extensively with short notice.
Desired Skills: • FAA aircraft and Power Plant Mechanic license. • Experience with LM’s F-35 maintenance concepts, low observable/structures, avionics, and weapons/ejection systems.
Security Clearance:
Must hold a US Secret clearance.
