We are looking for a People Partner Total compensation ranges from $209,000-$251,000, including a fixed annual salary of $170,000-$212,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility. About The Role Rokt seeks an HRBP to partner with senior leaders in Engineering and Product teams to understand strategic objectives and develop talent management strategies that enhance performance, culture, and workplace excellence. Partner with Engineering & Product senior leaders and C-Suite to align people strategy with business goals. Build relationships with senior leaders, providing coaching and influencing People and L&D initiatives. Act as a liaison between Team Leads, L&D, and People Operations to implement initiatives based on feedback. Analyze HR data to generate insights and collaborate on organizational design and talent management. Handle employee relations, including policy adherence, grievances, and terminations, with legal support as needed. Advise on performance management and guide leaders through related processes. Oversee offboarding, including exit interviews, and recommend new initiatives. Requirements About You: 5-10 years of People experience in high-growth tech organizations, partnering with tech and engineering teams. Experience as a Human Resource Generalist with strong HR knowledge, practices, and compliance. Strong business acumen, judgment, integrity, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with leadership on talent planning aligned with business goals. Experience in developing programs supporting organizational goals. Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments managing multiple tasks. High emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and a data-driven approach.
