Target total compensation ranges from $150,000 - $165,000 including a fixed annual salary of $105,000 - $110,000, an employee equity plan grant, variable compensation, and world-class benefits. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility. We are looking for a Client Success Manager. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption of Rokt Catalog, Aftersell, and Rokt Ads by aligning client strategies with Rokt's offerings. Success requires balancing sales, account management, and operational expertise, while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize inventory, merchandising, and advertising initiatives to achieve client and business growth. About the role: Manage a portfolio of top-tier Rokt Catalog brands, acting as the primary client-facing partner for both merchandising and advertising stakeholders, driving adoption of Catalog as well as existing Rokt products such as Aftersell and Rokt Ads. Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with client stakeholders and understanding their merchandising, inventory, and advertising strategies; navigate complex organizations to build diverse relationships across ecommerce (buying, merchandising, category management) and advertising. Balance sales, account management, and operational know-how to ensure your portfolio is consistently offering Rokt the newest inventory. Engagement with ecommerce operations teams will be crucial to success in this role, including understanding inventory, logistics, seasonality, and other key ecommerce mechanisms. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and GTM teams to align client initiatives with broader Rokt business goals.
