Position Summary

Complete Care is seeking a dynamic and driven

Director of Business Development

to lead our regional marketing efforts and drive brand growth. This position is responsible for identifying leads, cultivating business relationships, and expanding awareness of Complete Care’s services. The Director will oversee a team of Marketing Representatives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to increase patient referrals and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Marketing Representatives across the region. Coordinate and implement marketing communications projects, including advertising, PR, and brand awareness initiatives. Develop and maintain referral partnerships with physicians, schools, and community leaders. Attend and participate in community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content. Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor data to inform strategy. Serve as the main point of contact between marketing and internal/external teams. Monitor and report on the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Stay current on local market dynamics and evolving client needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, in the healthcare industry required. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Proven leadership, team management, and mentoring experience. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Daily local travel required. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Basic proficiency in social media and digital advertising platforms is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for growing a brand.
