BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a Document Review Attorney to join their Texas Litigation team remotely. This role offers an excellent opportunity for new attorneys to gain hands-on civil litigation experience within a high-volume practice.
Duties
Review lawsuits and legal pleadings for legal sufficiency and compliance with jurisdictional requirements. Analyze supporting documentation to assess the viability of legal claims and readiness for suit or judgment. Send and respond to written correspondence related to case matters, including disputes and settlements. Collaborate with legal assistants and court teams to meet volume-based targets. Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking in internal systems. Communicate with supervising attorneys regarding case nuances or exceptions. Requirements
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in civil litigation or collections is helpful but not required. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Skills
